In the 11th century, Italian monks were experimenting with distillation techniques, and they discovered that infusing juniper berries with spirits produced a flavorful elixir.

Our waters are selected from local springs in a sustainable and soil-friendly manner.

Bergamot is a small, pear-shaped citrus fruit that has long been prized for its aromatic properties. Bergamot’s distinctive citrus scent and tangy flavor offered an exciting addition to gin’s botanical medley. Sri Lanka (Tamiko’s ancestor land) produces exceptional Earl Grey tea, where the delicate essence of bergamot is intricately infused into the tea leaves. With residence, we wanted to emphasize this fruit widely used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
